Festival of Bringoli

The bringoli typical spaghetti Upper Tiber Valley traditionally seasoned with sauce and Parmesan cheese thin.
In the mid 70's Pro-Loco Lisciano Niccone decides to take this old flat calling it "Bringoli", dedicating the annual town festival in 2007 will celebrate its 30 anniversary.
As in the past bringoli were seasoned only with thin sauce and parmesan cheese, the Pro-Loco has decided to enhance this dish, seasoning it with different types of sauce: meat sauce, deer, truffles.
It is worth mentioning that the festival of bringoli is not only a gastronomic event, but also recreation and cultural, as it found place in art exhibitions, theater events, soccer tournaments, sports in general (bowls, trump, tennis , boxing, horse ginkana, etc..) and music and dance performances of various kinds.
And 'thanks to the volunteer work of all the citizens of Lisciano Niccone if this event has grown into one of the most popular of the year at the regional level.
