Church of Saint Giuseppe Worker
The church, in the village Mencaccini, was promoted by Don Sembolini. The Frescucci in his book, "The Churches Cortonesi" describes it in these terms: "It was built in the years 1971-1972 on a project. Bianchini of Arezzo. Diameter measuring 15m. The Crucifix in wrought iron is the work of young Franco Squarta of Mercatale. the modern style of this church is appreciated for its almost mystical atmosphere, its light, its composition and especially the recollection that participates to the faithful.
